Its menu runs from salt therapy and red light sessions to facials, massage, reflexology, Reiki and waxing, and it also offers infrared sauna sessions, acupuncture and meditation, plus pain-relieving beds including a Jade Massage Bed and a Zen PEMF Bed.

Salt therapy takes place in a salt room with salt walls and floor, using Himalayan salt and a halogenerator that releases micronized salt into the air. The room has heated zero-recliner chairs, and the spa lists a 300 lb weight limit for them. Relax Salt sessions run 45 minutes for $35. Red light sessions take place in a private booth, last 20 minutes and combine red and near-infrared light with salt therapy, oxygen infusion and ion production, priced at $35 per person or $50 for two.

Massage therapy is offered in dedicated massage rooms. Options range from 30-minute back, neck and foot treatments to 90-minute full-body services such as dry brushing, contrast stone massage and a lime-scented waterless body scrub. Deep tissue work uses slow firm pressure and hot stones, and Theragun percussion and cupping can be added with select therapists. Reflexology is a 40-minute three-zone treatment, and Reiki is a no-touch or light-touch energy session that can also be combined with massage.

Facials range from a 45-minute back facial to 90-minute Salty Glow Facial, with Custom Facials tailored by the esthetician to each client's skin concerns. Add-ons include Celluma LED light treatment, extractions and a Personalized Treatment Goal Plan for more advanced concerns. Waxing covers lip, brow, underarm and bikini services and must be booked by phone.

Escape packages bundle several services into one visit, from a 90-minute Salt & Sweat Escape to a 4.5-hour Salty Glow Escape. Escapes need advance booking and may require about seven to ten weeks' lead time for weekends. The spa says it has been voted best day spa for multiple years in a row and describes itself as award-winning. Hours are Monday 10am to 5pm, Tuesday through Thursday 10am to 8pm, Friday and Saturday 10am to 5pm, and Sunday 10am to 3pm. Clients earn Sand Dollars on spending that can be redeemed for services and products, and 10% off regularly priced services is offered to military, police, firefighter and teacher guests, excluding escapes, parties and packages.
