The studio works by appointment only, Monday through Saturday, and describes its atmosphere as relaxed and inviting. First-time clients are asked to arrive a few minutes early to fill out required forms.

Facials are a central part of the menu. The signature facial (75 minutes) combines gentle exfoliation, light extractions, LED and a facial massage. The congested skin facial (90 minutes) adds either microdermabrasion or chemical exfoliation, with extractions, high frequency and LED. The clear facial (105 minutes) uses dermaplaning or microdermabrasion, light extractions, oxygen and LED, finished with a facial massage.

Booking terms are set out clearly. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours ahead are charged 50% of the price, and those within 4 hours are charged the full price. No-shows are charged in full and cannot be rebooked. Late arrivals get a 10-minute grace period, and the full treatment is still charged; treatments may be shortened or moved for clients 10 or more minutes late. Services are not refundable, but concerns can be raised within 48 hours of the appointment. Only one discount may be applied per service. Unused skincare in original packaging can be returned within 14 days for an exchange, store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Clients are asked to avoid retinol and acids for one week before a brow shaping appointment.
