The salon describes itself as blending sustainability, culture and modern design. It stocks organic, vegan, gluten free, sulfate free and paraben free product options, recycles its salon waste through SalonCycle, and brings massage and aromatherapy into its services.

SALT offers balayage and lightening, color, cuts and styling, treatments and smoothing, and bridal styling. Each lightening appointment uses Metal Detox and Bond Repair products, with a toner mixed to suit the client and a professional blowout. Signature Balayage covers the full head and is priced by hair length: $105 for short hair, $155 for medium and $200 for long. Express Balayage refreshes the face-framing and crown areas for $75 and typically runs one to one and a half hours. Foilayage starts at $250 and may take as long as four hours. Transformation, a color correction service, starts at $300 and opens with a consultation in the salon. Women's cuts start at $48, and the price depends on the stylist's level. Men's and children's cuts start at $35.

The skin care menu includes a 65-minute Signature Facial from $85, a 90-minute Signature Facial+ from $125 with a double mask and a longer massage, a 50-minute Seasonal Facial using products that change with the season, and a 30-minute Mini Facial from $50. A Targeted Facial is a peel focused on one skin concern, lasting up to 45 minutes depending on sensitivity. Other options are a 75-minute Dry Brush Body Treatment from $99, a 35-minute Back Treatment from $50 and LED Light Therapy from $45. The salon describes its skin services as being for comfort, appearance and care, not as medical treatments. Facials and waxing can be booked on the same day, and the salon plans the order and timing when told at booking. Men's Brazilian waxing is available by calling the salon.

Guests can enjoy complimentary water, coffee, tea, sparkling water, wine, snacks, phone charging and Wi-Fi during their visit. A valid card is required to book, and a 50% deposit is taken at that point. Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours are charged 75% of the booked services, and no-shows are charged 95%. One cancellation fee per year is waived when circumstances were unforeseen. A concern about a cut or color can be brought up within seven days of the visit for an adjustment at no extra cost. The salon sanitizes before and after each appointment. Children aged ten and under can book children's haircuts. A child under ten who is not receiving a service must be accompanied by another adult who is also not receiving a service. Bridal services can be provided on location on request, with travel fees applying. The salon is open Tuesday and Thursday from 12 to 8, Wednesday from 10 to 6, Friday from 9 to 5 and Saturday from 9 to 4, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
