The business is open Tuesday from 9 am to 3 pm, Wednesday and Thursday from 11 am to 6 pm, and Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Consultations are free and are recommended before a first-time color, keratin treatment, color correction or fashion color. Tape-in extension consultations are also free and cover pricing, length, volume, color and when installation can be scheduled.

Color is the core of the work. Options range from single-process color and gloss to dimensional color, full balayage-style blonding, foil and hand-painted highlights, lowlights, and full on-scalp lightening. Vivid colors are available in several sizes, and color correction begins with a consultation and may include lifting out old or fashion color.

Booking rules are firm. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice carry a fee of 50% of the scheduled services, and changes need to be made more than 24 hours ahead. Frequent last-minute changers may be asked for a deposit to hold a slot. Clients with an outstanding balance are not rebooked. There are no refunds, but adjustments are made within the first week after a service if a client is unhappy. Because color or water can reach clothing during a visit, clients are advised to wear older clothing without collars or hoods; the business is not responsible for replacing damaged clothing.
