A visit is built around a set of sessions rather than a single treatment. Red light therapy runs about 15 minutes according to the site's FAQ, using 633nm light. Infrared sauna sessions start at 15 to 20 minutes and can build up to 30 to 40 minutes, with red, near, mid and far wavelengths. The cold plunge is kept below 60 degrees, and most studios offer two temperatures, in the mid 50s and low 40s. The salt room uses medicinal grade sodium chloride with no additives, and can be paired with the cold plunge in one session. A vitamin D sunbed uses UVB and red light to simulate sunshine, and a sunless spray with skincare is offered as well. The business says these sessions support circulation, muscle recovery, breathing comfort and skin health, though these are its own claims.
The Day Pass is the simplest way to try the studio. For $49 with no membership, a guest gets access to all services for the day, which the business says would cost about $315 if bought individually elsewhere. Monthly memberships are billed by EFT with no sign-up fee and can be cancelled at any time. Members receive member-only product discounts and monthly perks, and the 4 Day Pass and Unlimited memberships let a friend come in at half price on the Day Pass.
Practical policies: hours are generally Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm, with Sunday closed, and the business notes hours vary by location.
