The menu covers custom facials, signature facials and a range of named treatments. Focus Facial is a 30-minute custom facial from $55, Salt + Light BeSpoke is a 60-minute custom facial from $90, and Ultimate Relaxation is a 90-minute custom facial from $130. Other options include a HydraFacial with LED light therapy, a Deluxe HydraFacial with lymphatic drainage, a Glass Skin Facial using Nano Infusion, a Luxe Lift anti-aging facial and an Oxygen RX facial, both using Circadia products, and a Korean Fire & Ice Facial that includes Carboxy Therapy and a cryofacial mask. Teen facials for ages 13 to 17 and a men's facial are also offered.

Acne care is built as a sequence. The first step, Acne Consult + Treatment from $120 for 90 or more minutes, opens the Face Reality Acne Program. Acne Bootcamp Maintenance, from $90 for 60 or more minutes, is recommended every two to three weeks after that. Virtual consultations from $50 are available for new Bootcamp consultations and for existing clients checking in.

Booking follows a few firm rules. Appointments must be cancelled or moved at least 24 hours ahead, late changes are charged half the service fee, and a 15-minute grace period applies after the appointment time. Missed appointments without a call are charged the full service total and block future bookings. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and requires approval before the visit. Clients booking brow shaping or certain waxes should stop retinol, retinoids and exfoliants at least three days ahead. Several add-ons, including dermaplaning, microdermabrasion and LED therapy, must be booked alongside a facial or skin treatment. The studio is open Tuesday to Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
