Facials are the core of the menu, grouped into express, signature and specialty options. Express facials run about 50 minutes. Signature and specialty facials run longer and include a customized facial for men, women and teens, a Men's Facial with beard cleansing and dermabrasion, a back facial for congestion or breakouts, and a Diamond Glow Facial that combines suction, diamond exfoliation, hydro infusion and a Hydrojelly mask. The Glow 4Real Facial pairs dermaplaning with a hydrofacial and customized oxygen infusion.

BioRePeel is a peel that requires no downtime, and the booking site calls it the most popular treatment in the industry right now. For acne or pigmentation, the studio recommends three to four treatments seven to ten days apart, and new clients who have never had a peel are asked to book a consultation first. Nano-needling is described as suitable for sensitive or compromised skin.

Beauty and body services include lash and brow tinting, brow waxing and shaping, lash lifts, brow lamination and a Korean lash lift. The Korean lash lift is an 80-minute treatment suited to straight, downward-growing or hard-to-curl lashes. Teeth whitening sessions run 40, 60 or 80 minutes at $100, $125 and $150.

Clients are asked to keep a debit or credit card on file at their appointment. Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a cancellation fee, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged $25 to $50 depending on the service. That fee goes toward the appointment if the client reschedules. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean losing the appointment or receiving a shorter treatment, and clients who cancel on the day more than three times are no longer booked. Payment is accepted by debit or credit card or exact cash, and product purchases and tips can be paid through Zelle or Apple Pay.

Facials are tailored to skin type and concerns, and some peel services are booked as a series rather than a single visit.
