Dimensional Blonding is a balayage-based service for brunettes and blondes that keeps a rooted look. Modern Blonde is a separate option for brighter, higher-impact dimensional highlights, and it is less rooted than Dimensional Blonding. Both are priced by coverage: a face frame or money piece refresh starts at $190, and Dimensional Blonding starts at $275 for a partial, $360 for a full head and $550 for a transformation. Modern Blonde starts at $335 for a partial, $445 for a full and $650 for a transformation.

Hair extensions are the salon's other focus. Extensions are hand-tied in six methods, including Invisible Bead Extensions and Habit. The salon says its hair is ethically sourced real human hair from Northern China. Fullness and volume sets start at $900 and range up to $1,500, length and fullness with 18-inch hair is listed from $1,500, and extra length and fullness with 22-plus-inch hair ranges from $2,000 to $3,500. Pricing depends on the number of rows, the wefts or grams needed and the length required, and starting prices include the hair, installation and custom coloring but not natural hair color. Maintenance for one, two or three rows is listed from $175 to $600 and can be booked alone or with a color service. The salon advises moving hand-tied extensions every six to eight weeks and says they can last eight to ten months with proper home care.

A first visit begins with a new guest form. Color clients complete the New Guest Color Form and extension clients complete the New Guest Extension Form, both with photos of current hair. The stylist reviews these before the appointment, and the team may suggest a different service before the visit. Each appointment opens with an in-depth consultation about goals, lifestyle and long-term maintenance, and it closes with a walkthrough of personalized home care and styling. Coffee, a sparkling beverage, wine or champagne, and WiFi are offered during appointments.

Booking policies: cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service total. Guests must arrange childcare during appointments. A 4% service fee is added at checkout. Services are not refunded, and concerns must be raised within 7 days of the appointment for a private consultation. Hours are Monday 10AM to 6PM, Tuesday to Thursday 9AM to 7PM, Friday 9AM to 4PM and Saturday 9AM to 3PM.

Each visit starts with a detailed consultation and the team reviews new guests' forms and photos ahead of time, sometimes suggesting a different service before the appointment. Stylists finish each visit by explaining home care and styling for the client's hair.
