Full sets are customized during the appointment, using classic, hybrid, wet-set or volume techniques chosen for each client. The master full set with owner Tiana Romkee adds a consultation and lash mapping. Refills must be booked within 21 days of the last visit with at least 40% of extensions remaining, otherwise a full set may be needed. Mini refills suit clients who still have more than half their fullness and do not replace a refill. Removal uses a cream and a lash bath and finishes with aftercare mascara.

Lash lifts can be done with a traditional or Korean technique. On the standard service the artist chooses the method, while the master lash lift starts with a consultation to decide between them. A standalone lash tint is a short 15-minute option. Brow lamination includes a brow tint and a brow wax touch-up, and clients should wait 6 to 8 weeks between sessions.

Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, and a 50% fee applies within that window. A deposit between $10 and $100, depending on the service, is taken when booking. Packages can be paid with Buy Now, Pay Later, and existing package credits apply automatically at checkout on the services page. The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, and closed on Fridays and Sundays.

Services are customized to each client's lashes and goals, and the owner's master-level services add a consultation step before the appointment.
