Color work covers glossing and toning, gray blending with a custom color match, all-over color from roots to ends, and partial or full dimensional highlights done with foil or balayage. Partial highlights focus on the crown, sides and front, while full highlights cover the entire head. Both highlight services include toner, a deep conditioning treatment, and a blow dry and styling.

Cutting ranges from a quick dry cut for light maintenance, trims under one inch, bang trims and children's haircuts, to a customized haircut that includes shampoo, conditioning and a blow dry. For styling, there is a dry style for clients arriving with clean, dry hair, a wash and blow dry, and a blowout membership with four blowouts a month. Extensions use tip bond keratin extensions in 16, 20 and 22 inch lengths. Full installations take about three hours, or 3 hours 20 minutes for the 22 inch length, and are priced by length. Weft move-up appointments, recommended every 4 to 6 weeks, reposition and reinstall weft extensions.
