Gloss add-ons are $45 to $65, and prepaid packages come in 3, 6 and 12 blowouts at $175, $325 and $585. Monthly Members Only plans offer 2 or 4 blowouts a month or unlimited blowouts, with savings on add-ons and shop products.

Booking rules: new clients provide a $50 credit card deposit to hold an appointment, applied to the service on arrival, and a card must be kept on file. Cancelling with at least 48 hours notice avoids a charge; cancelling within 48 hours is charged at 50% of the booked services, and within 24 hours at the full amount. Clients more than 15 minutes late may not receive the scheduled service and may be charged a cancellation fee. Children are not permitted in the salon during appointments. Parking is often available on the street in front, and a large lot sits behind the building, reached through the back gate. Haircuts take about 60 to 75 minutes and color services about 2 to 2.5 hours. The salon suggests a haircut every 6 to 8 weeks and a base retouch every 4 to 6 weeks.
