Services cover women's haircuts, blow dries and deep conditioning treatments, updos, and a full range of color work. Gloss toning, root retouches, full color, accent and partial or full foil highlights, and balayage are each listed with and without a haircut, with a stated time for each one. Foil counts are listed for the highlight services, ranging from 10 to 15 accent foils up to 50 for a full highlight.

Each visit begins with a conversation about what the guest wants, and guests are shown how to recreate and maintain their hair at home. Redken products are used in some services, including an acidic bonding concentrate treatment and a gloss toner.

Consultations are complimentary and can be booked by call or text. Appointments must be confirmed 24 hours in advance. Guests arriving late are charged a fee after 15 minutes, with an added charge for each further minute. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the service cost. Rescheduling is accepted by call or text only.

Service begins with a conversation about each guest's needs, with guidance on keeping the look at home. Redken products are used in some treatments.
