Waxing is the core of the business. The menu covers small areas such as ears, fingers, nose and toes, face and brow work, underarms, arms, legs, chest and back, and several bikini and Brazilian options, including a separate men's Brazilian. Brow shaping, brow and lip waxing, and full brow lamination with tinting are offered alongside.

The facial menu ranges from a quick lunchtime microdermabrasion to a customized DEWI Facial built on all-natural products. Treatments are aimed at specific concerns: a Fanny Facial for acne and the skin of the buttocks, a Revitalizing Eye Treatment for fine lines and puffiness, a Bikini Blast for ingrown hairs, and a Purifying Back Treatment that combines enzyme exfoliation, a dermal sauna, lymphatic massage and a detoxifying mask. A men's deep-cleansing facial with exfoliation and extractions is also on the menu.

The salon recommends a full European facial every three months and a mini facial every month for ongoing skin care.

For waxing, the salon asks that hair be about one-eighth of an inch long, and that clients avoid lotion or body oil on the area and caffeine beforehand. Waxed skin typically stays smooth for four to six weeks, depending on hair growth. The salon also uses NoBumpRX, a product made for waxing, to help prevent ingrown hairs. Clients on isotretinoin, retinoid creams or antibiotics should check timing first: isotretinoin requires a full year off the medication, Retin-A use should stop a month before, and antibiotic courses should finish three weeks before a wax.

The salon's approach centers on a clear planned service for each visit, with waxing timing and preparation explained to the client in advance. Facials are customized to the skin concern rather than a single standard treatment.
