The menu is hair-focused. Cutting and styling sit alongside full-head color and highlights or lowlights for depth and movement. Chemical straightening is offered through relaxers and texturizers, and natural hair work includes silk presses, braiding, keratin smoothing and natural hair extensions. Conditioning treatments use oils, hair reconstructors and proteins, activated with heat. Hair weaves use different types of extensions to add thickness, length or color.

The salon also offers hair services for bridal parties and brides, photo shoots, and proms and homecomings. It sells holistic hair products free of a long list of ingredients the salon names, with pH-balanced formulas for fine, thick, curly, chemically treated, dull, or dry or damaged hair.
