The menu is broad. Haircuts and styling run from clipper cuts and children's cuts to standard haircuts, shampoo and blow-dry, and formal styles for occasions. Color work covers base color, partial and full highlights, balayage, and color correction, which is priced after a consultation. Blonding has three tiered options: Blonde Addiction is a maintenance package with a lightener retouch on up to an inch of new growth plus a gloss, usually repeated about every six weeks; Lived In Blonde blends highlights, balayage or foilayage with a blended root for a look that can be subtle or bold; and Platinum Card Experience lightens from root to end and finishes with a gloss to adjust the tone. Blonding services use Metal Detox as a pre and post color treatment and deep conditioner.

Hair extensions include hand-tied weft, I-tip, K-tip, tape-in, and volume weft styles, and the salon carries Bellami extensions in more than 40 shades with five installation methods. A hair extensions consultation is complimentary. Tape-in installation usually takes around an hour, and volume weft extensions sit on a beaded foundation so they can be taken out and reapplied. Hair treatments include a conditioning treatment and a Brazilian Blowout. Ouidad haircuts, styles, and conditioning are offered for curly hair. Brow, chin, and lip waxing are also available.

Prices are starting points that depend on the stylist, hair length and condition, and demand, and are confirmed at consultation. Color services may need extras such as toner, additional color, or conditioning, which are discussed beforehand. The salon asks for a credit card on file to hold a reservation, requests at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or change an appointment, charges 50% of the reserved amount for shorter notice, and charges the full service amount for no-shows.
