The salon says it has done hundreds of weddings, from backyard gatherings to beach ceremonies in Mexico and black-tie events. Bridal hair and makeup can be booked for the bride alone or for the whole wedding party, and bridal consultations are arranged by email. A wedding morning party can be held at the salon with champagne and light snacks, or the team can work on location.

Hair work is built around lived-in color, extensions, and cutting.

Booking is online only, and the salon operates by appointment seven days a week. Pricing is gratuity-free, and each stylist sets an hourly rate based on their experience and expertise. Parking has three spots in front and four in back, depending on the day, and guests pull through in a U-shape. Children are welcome with an appointment or with an adult who can take them elsewhere nearby during the service. Guests more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.

Cancellations made within 48 hours are charged 50 percent of the appointment. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full appointment and must prepay the next one. Services are not refunded, but adjustments are offered up to seven days after the original service, and after that a charge may apply for color or treatments. Retail products are guaranteed and can be exchanged within seven days, with no returns. According to the salon, its stylists keep up with trends and techniques through continued education and constant training.
