Together the two owners have more than 35 years of experience in professional beauty services. Their focus is on customized styles that suit each client's natural look, and they keep up with newer techniques and innovations in haircuts, colour and styling.

The menu is grouped into colour, smoothing treatments, conditioning treatments, haircuts and styling. Colour runs from toner and single process through highlights, babylights, double process and balayage, and color correction is priced after a consultation. Smoothing options include Lasio Keratin, Hair Botox and Melina smoothing, and a deposit is required for smoothing treatments.

The salon describes its work as high-quality and consistent. It is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, on Thursday from 9 AM to 7 PM, and closed Sundays, with Monday hours available on request.
