MJ has worked in hair and beauty since 1993. Her career includes behind-the-scenes work at Fashion Week in New York and collaborations with stylists in Paris, Milan, Dubai, Tokyo, Hollywood and Bollywood.
The menu is broad. It covers children's, tween, men's and adult haircuts, blowouts and silk styling for textured hair, balayage and gloss color, brow and facial threading, hair extensions, bridal and event hair, makeup, and treatments such as Brazilian Blowouts and Olaplex perms. Packages bundle several services at set prices, and package credits apply automatically at checkout when booked on the services page. House calls are available for a housecall charge that covers travel, equipment hauling and setup away from the studio.
New clients may be asked for a deposit, and color correction and extension installation require a consultation before booking. Cancellations and no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment are charged the full fee. A pay-later option is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday with shorter hours on some days and is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
