The salon offers a range of hair services. Balayage is painted by hand without foils, cuts are available in shear, clipper and razor styles, and extensions include tape-ins, micro links, sew-ins, wigs and glue-ins. Alopecia services use extensions or the client's own hair, depending on the level of hair loss. Silk wrap is offered on natural hair: the hair is blown out, pressed, wrapped in cellophane and dried under a dryer for about 20 minutes. Updos for weddings and special events are designed to suit any style of gown.

The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 am to 5 pm, Thursday and Friday from 8 am to 8 pm, and Saturday from 6 am to 2 pm, and is closed Monday and Sunday. Clients who are not comfortable booking online can ask for help by phone or text. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment are charged 50% of the scheduled service cost, and cancelling on the day of the appointment carries a 90% non-refundable charge.
