Custom wigs are the heart of the business, offered to women and men, including wig options for chemotherapy patients. The process begins with a custom fitting using tape and plaster molds, and can continue with color, cutting, washing and styling, formal styling, conditioning or protein treatments, silicone or clips added inside the wig, and alterations and repairs. Wigs come in Eastern European human hair, Remy human hair, heat-styleable synthetic and synthetic fiber. Styles include waves, pixie or boycut, bob or lob, shag, layers and bangs, with memory cap, monofilament, 100% hand-tied and lace front construction available. Men's wigs come with lace front or side part options and classic or textured cuts.

The salon is a certified location for Wigs for Kids, where handmade children's wigs are measured, custom fitted and styled. Children's wigs have an extra small cap size and are lightweight and breathable. The salon says children's wigs may be covered by insurance when hair loss has a medical cause.
