Online booking requires appointments to be made at least 48 hours ahead. The salon is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm and Saturday from 9am to 4pm, though hours vary by individual provider. Some providers only take their own bookings and are reached directly rather than through the salon's site. Parking is reached from the sub-way entrance.

Cancellations or reschedules are requested at least two days before an appointment. A late cancellation is charged 50% of the scheduled service, and a no-show is charged the full service amount and must prepay future bookings. Cancellations are accepted only when made by contacting the salon or provider directly or through online booking. Clients who feel ill are asked to contact the salon or their technician as soon as possible.

Permanent makeup starts with a required consultation covering color and shape options, a review of health history, procedure details, aftercare and any questions. Clients are asked to bring their brow products to that visit. A non-refundable $100 deposit confirms the appointment. Powder brows give soft color that lasts about 12 to 18 months, and microblading draws fine, hair-like strokes for a fuller brow. A retouch is recommended six to eight weeks after the first treatment.
