The menu is built around hair color, from single color and root touch-ups to full foil and balayage, plus gloss, toner and glaze work and a men's grey blending service that the salon describes as a soft grow-out with no visible line of regrowth. Smoothing and conditioning treatments, hair extensions, updos and eyebrow services round out the offerings. Blowouts are not included with color services, and prices are starting rates that may change.

Bookings require a credit card on file to guarantee the appointment. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service. Late arrivals are accepted for 15 minutes past the appointment time. A complimentary rework can be requested within 7 days of the appointment, but it is void if adjustments were made at home or at another salon. Services are not refundable, and broken or damaged products are exchanged rather than refunded. Clients with symptoms or a contagious diagnosis are asked to stay home and reschedule after recovery.
