Because the salon is a booth rental space, stylists are independent and set their own schedules and hours, which can affect when the salon is open. Color services can be customized, and that customization may change the price. Each artist brings a personal approach, so the service menu and the experience can differ from one chair to the next.

Services are grouped into haircuts, styling, color, foils, lived-in hair with balayage and teasey lights, global blonde, smoothing treatments, nourishing treatments and makeup. Lived-in and balayage options include contour, half head, full and color melt. Smoothing choices range from a shorter and a full Brazilian Blow Out to a color lock and seal and a keratin complex. Makeup covers a natural glam look and a full glam look.

Booking can be done through the online portal on the home page or by contacting a stylist directly, and texting is the quickest way to reach the salon. Services need to be confirmed through the Vagaro booking system 48 hours ahead to keep the reservation. Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before an appointment; later cancellations are charged half the scheduled cost, and no-shows are charged the full cost and may be limited to walk-in booking. Services booked for five hours or more, or valued at $500 or more, require a non-refundable 50% reservation fee. Repeat cancellations or no-shows may lead to a service being declined.

Children are welcome by appointment only, and the salon may decline to serve a child at its discretion. Dogs are not allowed unless management grants permission or the dog is a service dog. Guests of guests are not permitted on the salon floor or in the waiting area, and one guest may wait if the waiting area is not busy. Clients who arrive unwell are asked to reschedule. Chemical services are guaranteed only when the recommended salon shampoo and conditioner are purchased from the salon. Parking is available anywhere in the Fountain Oaks shopping center where accessible spaces are open.
