It covers glosses, root touch-ups and retouches, all-over and face-framing color, highlights, partial and full balayage, babylights and ultra blonding for bleached hair. Many color services are priced together with a blow dry, blowout or haircut. Partial and full balayage include a toner and an Olaplex treatment, and full babylight with a haircut includes a toner and a Wellaplex treatment.

New color guests start with a complimentary consultation of about 15 minutes. Hair extension consultations are free, last 30 minutes, and cover extension type and pricing. A Brazilian Blowout requires a consultation before booking, and its price depends on hair length and density.

The cut menu includes women's, men's and children's haircuts (11 and under), barber cuts, designer cuts, curly cuts and bang trims. Designer women's cuts and curly cuts are reserved for existing clients. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged the full amount.

Services are booked by appointment, with consultations set ahead for new color guests, extension clients and Brazilian Blowout clients so timing and pricing are settled for each service.
