Stylists pursue ongoing education to keep up with current cut and color styles and techniques. Blonding services range from cap and face-framing highlights to partial and full foils, balayage, teasy lights and ombre, along with double process, bleach and tone, and corrective color, which starts with a consultation. Color services include retouches, first-time color and a toner refresher that the salon recommends every four to six weeks. Pulpriot fashion colors are also offered.

Two smoothing services are offered. The express blow out is a color-locking smoothing service that takes about 15 minutes when added to a color service or about an hour on its own. The salon says results can last several weeks and that hair can be shampooed eight hours after treatment. The natural keratin smoothing treatment is described by the salon as its award-winning signature solution, with results it says last up to five months. Lauren Bessette is certified in both treatments, along with Keratin Complex and K18.

Makeup is available in a makeup suite inside the salon, including trials, applications and bridal makeup. Travel makeup is also offered, with make-up application, bridal make-up, lash application and children's makeup priced by location. Travel appointments are cash only, require a $50 deposit at booking that is non-refundable if canceled within 72 hours, and prices may vary depending on location.

Booking terms are set out clearly. Appointments are confirmed 24 hours ahead, and the salon tries to text or call the day before, though guests are responsible for remembering their appointment. At least 48 hours notice is asked for cancellations or changes. A $40 deposit is required at booking for Blonding Menu A and Color Menu A services, applied on the day of service, and it becomes non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours. Guests more than 15 minutes late may not receive their full service. No-shows pay 50% of the service to reschedule, and prices are subject to change without notice.
