Salon Sequence Studios St Pete - Central

Salon Sequence Studios leases private studios to independent beauty professionals who want to run their own space. The business has five locations: Wesley Chapel, downtown St. Petersburg, Kenwood in St. Petersburg, Brandon, and Carrollwood in Tampa. Prospective tenants can ask about renting a suite through the website's Rent a Suite form or by phone.

Each studio is lockable, and the building has a security system. Salon access is available around the clock, every day of the week. Studios come with a stand-alone porcelain spa sink, an instant and endless supply of hot water, luxury hydraulic chairs, a full-length mirror, a deluxe towel cabinet with shelf, a stainless steel back bar, and a styling station with appliance holders. Storage includes two additional drawers and a cabinet at the station. Tenants may decorate their studio as they choose. All utilities are included in the lease: water, electricity, internet, and Wi-Fi.

Tenants share two oversized break rooms for eating and cleaning, with washers and dryers available for their use. Two restrooms serve tenants and their guests. The business says it offers help with marketing and business growth, and that it lets owners run their own salon without the high prices or fees other salons may charge.
