The Blonding Experience comes as a traditional partial blonding, a full-highlight option, or a full highlight with tip-outs, using L'Oréal lighteners and hand-painted techniques. The Custom Brunette and Custom Vivid Color Experiences are all-inclusive, and can include gloss or toner, bond-building treatments and products.
Beyond color, the salon offers haircuts priced by length, Great Lengths keratin tip extensions and Invisible Bead extensions, smoothing and hydration treatments, event and wedding styling, and Gossamer underlash extensions through its Lash Lab. A separate esthetician menu covers brow and lash treatments and customized facial treatments. Staff take part in weekly training. Every Wednesday is education day, with hands-on instruction and mentoring for stylists, and the team says it regularly attends workshops, conferences and training sessions. A Shop section sells retail hair products.
