The hair menu covers children's cuts for ages 10 and under, student-rate cuts, men's and women's cuts, a Deva Curl cut, root and full color, highlights, balayage, creative highlights, perms, keratin smoothing and several upstyle options, including on-location upstyles for special occasions. The spa menu includes a mini facial, an essential facial, a body care back facial, microdermabrasion and a salt glow, and massage therapy is offered for 30 or 60 minutes. Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, back, legs and bikini line. Cosmetics services include everyday and special occasion makeup, lash application, temporary individual lashes, model shoot work, and a makeup how-to session that explains which tones, shades and colors suit each client.

The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 9pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm. Clients can call (716) 884-1010. Cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead are accepted; later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled cost. Prices may change at any time without notice, so it is worth confirming the cost when booking.

Each client receives personalized service, and the salon says its stylists keep up with current styles and techniques through ongoing education.
