The salon says it uses products it considers the most effective available in the industry, explains each product it uses and why it was chosen, and sets up an at-home care routine with tips for each guest. Its associate program pairs new associates with one dedicated service provider for technical skills, guest handling and business building, and full-time associates have access to technical classes, educators and weekly opportunity days for building a clientele.

Stylist pricing follows a Level Pricing system, so the listed prices are starting points that reflect Level 1 stylists. The Luxury Blowdry Style and Luxury Single Process include a custom Kérastase Fusio-Dose treatment, and the Luxury Partial Foil, Luxury Full Foil and Luxury Balayage include one at the shampoo bowl. The salon guarantees its work and will correct results at no added cost if a guest is unhappy. Services are not refundable, retail products can be exchanged within 30 days, and gift cards do not expire.

Hair extensions begin with a free consultation. The first extension appointment requires a deposit equal to the full cost of the hair, and custom orders are nonrefundable. K-Tip extensions are bonded close to the roots using a heating element with keratin tips, are reapplied every 6 to 8 weeks, and maintenance adds an average of 1.5 hours to a regular appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the scheduled services, and no-shows are charged 100%. The salon asks for 48 hours' notice when cancelling. A 3% convenience fee applies to credit card payments and is waived for cash or check.
