Walk-ins are welcome during business hours, which are listed as 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Stylists are independent contractors who set their own prices, so a price quote comes from the stylist at a consultation. Designer and barber haircuts include a consultation, and color, highlight and lightening services each finish with a blow-dry. Regular clients receive complimentary clean-ups and bang trims between services. Extension services require a consultation before booking, and a complimentary consultation is offered.

The treatment menu covers a range of Davines professional scalp and hair treatments, from anti-dandruff and detox treatments to a HeadSpa option and a Luxe Nourishing Ritual. The facial menu, performed with Comfort Zone products, runs from a 30-minute peel to a 75-minute lift facial and a Sacred Nature Regenerative Elixir. The salon sells professional haircare products for home use and carries Davines products.

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before a scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled cost. Stylist positions require a valid, current cosmetology license and weekend availability. The salon offers booth and chair rental for stylists, nail artists and manicurists, and gives team members continued education and a product discount.
