Haircut visits begin with a consultation that looks at face shape, hair length and density, natural texture, how much time a client spends styling, and their daily lifestyle. Transformation cuts start with a conversation about the look a client wants, followed by a customized cutting plan.

Custom color appointments include a consultation, color matching, an evaluation of hair health, the application and finishing. The salon uses professional-grade color products chosen to protect and nourish hair, and also carries organic products that it describes as non-toxic and eco-friendly. Color correction is offered for uneven color, unwanted tones, color that has come out too dark or too light, and results from home coloring.

The Keratin Brazilian Treatment smooths frizz and can be adjusted to soften curls or leave hair straighter.
