For color, single process refreshes grown-out roots and covers gray. Highlights are offered in partial or full versions, and balayage in partial or full versions gives a softer grow-out. Keratin services use Goldwell Kerasilk Control, Keratin Complex (an Express blowout and a Natural Smoothing Treatment) and Brazilian Blowout. Each runs about one and a half to three hours, and the salon lists how long the results last as an estimate that depends on hair texture and care at home, not a guarantee. Aftercare timing differs by treatment, and each Goldwell, Keratin Complex Natural Smoothing and Brazilian Blowout price includes take-home products.

Bridal services are booked by emailing the bridal coordinator, Chrissha Hamel, at the salon's bridal address. The Deluxe package includes a bridal hair trial and wedding day styling, and the Ultimate package adds wedding hair and a blowout the day before the rehearsal dinner. The salon recommends booking the trial one to two months before the wedding. Bridal package prices exclude gratuity and any travel costs, which are set out in the contract. Bridal party styling covers blowdries, curling, pinning, half-up and up-do looks, and braiding and pinning for flower girls and junior attendees.

Booking terms ask for changes at least 24 hours ahead. Late cancellations may be charged up to half of the scheduled service, and missed appointments without notice are charged in full. A card is held securely on file and is charged only if a fee applies. The salon may adjust rates for hair density, length and experience.
