The menu is organized into consultations, blow dry and styling, pressing and silk, color, color bundles, weave and extensions, relaxers and treatments, and cutting and finishing. Consultations come in two formats, in person or virtual, and are priced separately from the services. Weave work is a major part of the menu, with sew-in weaves, half-head weaves, tracks, ponytails and braid-downs for under a wig, along with weave take-outs performed only by the salon's own team.
The salon states that every client is treated with expertise, respect and care, and describes the space as professional yet welcoming. Weave appointments carry their own rules: a $100 deposit secures the booking, is non-refundable, and is applied to the final balance, and cancellations need at least 36 hours' notice to avoid losing the deposit. For all other appointments, cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations carry a $65 fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to rebook.
