Color work is organized around the process used. Balayage, highlights, foilyage and babylights are booked as one service that includes toning and a blowout. Single process color covers a full head or roots within an inch of new growth, also with a blowout. Double process work, such as bleaching then toning or filling in then coloring, includes toning and a blowout; first-time clients booking a double process are asked to email the salon for a consultation first. Color correction is quoted after a consultation by email.
Haircut pricing is custom to each client. Extra long or very thick hair may cost more, so clients are asked to mention their hair type when booking. Kerasilk treatments are priced by length, with a surcharge per inch up to a set maximum, and the salon says the smoothing effect can last three to five months. Adjustments are free if done within two weeks of the first appointment; after that, additional charges may apply.
The salon is open Monday through Saturday from 11am to 8pm and Sunday from 11am to 6pm. Clients can reschedule or cancel by giving at least 24 hours' notice, and a cancellation fee of half the appointment price may apply.
