The salon describes itself as known for lightening, color correction, and cuts that grow out well. Women's and curly-hair cuts are also offered, including a Curly Cut shaped to each client's natural curl pattern. A Dusting is a short 15-minute trim that removes split ends without changing the shape, layers or texture of the hair.

Hours are daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., subject to individual stylist availability, and appointments can be booked online. Clients who cannot get their preferred stylist online can call Tuesday through Saturday to ask about fitting in. A haircut and color can be booked back to back, manicures can be added to a hair visit, and makeup can be paired with a blowout, soft styling or formal updo at the same appointment. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and a credit card is kept on file.
