Color services range from single root touch-ups and all-over color to face frame and full head highlights, low-maintenance blonding, and gray blending with modern gray coverage. Cutting includes pixie cuts, textured lobs and long layers, with the cut chosen around face shape and hair texture. The salon also offers smoothing treatments that can keep and define curls or create a sleek finish, and it describes them as suitable for all hair types. Extensions are a major focus, including beaded row installs in one, two or three rows, color matched to the guest's own hair. First-time install packages include a take-home goodie bag, shaping, blending and styling, and a maintenance and how-to guide. Move-ups are recommended every 6 to 8 weeks, and the salon states extension hair should last 9 to 12 months with proper care. The final extension price depends on the desired result and hair length, and color is not included in move-ups.

The Signature Shampoo Experience is built around a shampoo and conditioner the stylist selects for the guest's hair and scalp needs. It includes a scalp and neck massage and ends with an essential oil infused hot towel wrapped around the head. Shampoo and blow dry styles use hot tools for a professional blowout. The salon does not offer barbering services.

New guests can book online at any time, 24 hours a day, by choosing a stylist and then a service or package. A booking confirmation and welcome email are sent within 24 hours, and a digital consultation form is available for those unsure what to book. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours notice, otherwise a fee of 50% of the appointment price may apply, and a no-show may be charged the full scheduled price. Appointments have a 15-minute grace period; guests arriving later may receive a shortened service or be rescheduled. Children are not permitted during services. Parking is in the lot behind the salon, and reserved residential spots should not be used. When the lot is full, the salon suggests Fagot Ave or Metairie Ct across Metairie Rd.
