Visits are by appointment only, with no walk-ins. Clients can book online at any hour, and a waitlist is available when the schedule is full. New clients complete forms before a booking is confirmed, and those forms are emailed when an appointment is requested. Arriving about ten minutes early is requested, and arrivals more than fifteen minutes late may be rescheduled, with the cancellation fee possibly applying.

Extension work starts with a consultation, and the salon maps out a maintenance schedule at that first visit, usually a move-up every few months. Installs include K-Tip, weft and invisible bead methods. Packages start at $905 for one row of three 18-inch wefts, $1,750 for two rows of six and $2,380 for three or more rows of eight, and each package includes a $60 Krewe care kit. The salon says its extension wefts carry more grams per weft than most brands and that its extension stylists are certified in multiple methods. Extension hair is stocked locally, with a curated library of 25 shades.

Color is mixed fresh for each service and priced by the bowl, and extra bowls or extra dry time are added on. Prices are starting points that depend on stylist level (junior, senior or master), hair length and time. For example, balayage starts at $165 with a junior stylist, $190 with a senior and $200 with a master, and new client balayage starts at $185, $215 and $250 at those levels.

Cancellations made with 48 hours notice are requested, and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the scheduled services. A missed appointment is charged in full to the card on file. Service sales are final and refunds are not issued for services, though clients unhappy with a cut or color can contact Kacie Perelli within seven days for an adjustment at no charge. Clients can park directly in front of the salon, bring a laptop and have a beverage during their visit.
