Heidi Carroll owns the salon and works as its stylist. She began her career in 2005 as an apprentice at a salon on Newbury Street, and she stayed on there as a stylist. Her work centers on color, including foiling, dimensional color and single process color with color balancing, along with bob haircuts and work on reds and fine hair.

Services are offered a la carte, and every listed price is a starting point. The final cost can shift with hair length or thickness, the amount of product used and the time needed, and the salon sets prices at its discretion. A complimentary consultation is available before any service, though no services are performed during it. Corrective color, fashion colors and I-Tip hair extensions are priced after a consultation and must be arranged by contacting the salon directly. Gift cards are sold, and their balances can be checked online.

The salon is open Wednesday and Thursday from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, and it is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead avoid a fee, while later cancellations are charged 50% of the service cost and no-shows are charged the full cost. Clients with an unpaid cancellation fee cannot book further appointments. Clients running late should call the salon, since late arrivals may mean not every booked service can be completed.
