Stylists train with the Joico Artistic Institute and alongside Caggiano, and they take continuing education courses, workshops and expos around the world. The salon describes itself as one of Andover's top hair salons and as the best salon experience on the North Shore, and says it was named Best Hair Salon by Merrimack Valley Magazine for five years.

Consultations are complimentary. Appointments are booked by phone or text at 978.470.3100. A main street lot sits across from the salon, and on-street parking is available, though it carries a one-hour limit.

The salon pairs structured stylist training with personal consultations so each client's look fits their current needs.
