Salon Marchessa

The salon has six styling chairs. Larry Haley is the owner.

The team includes stylists, two nail technicians, one esthetician who also works as a lash specialist, and one tanning specialist. Clients book directly with the professional they prefer rather than through a front desk, and appointment changes go to that professional as well.

Clients are offered complimentary coffee and blueberry matcha during their visit. Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours' notice; cancelling or missing an appointment with less notice carries a $50 fee, and individual stylists may set additional no-show or cancellation charges. No refunds are given on any service.

If a result isn't right, redo requests go to the professional directly within 2 to 5 days of the service. The professional may offer a complimentary adjustment, though major changes to a cut or color may carry an additional charge.

To find the salon, drive in on Baltimore Drive; the building is gray with a parking lot on the right. From Highway 8 East, take the Fletcher Parkway exit, turn right on Baltimore Drive and make an immediate U-turn. From Highway 8 West, take the El Cajon Blvd exit and turn right on Baltimore Drive. Do not turn into the Costco and McDonald's parking lot, which does not connect to the salon.
