Extensions are a central part of the salon. It exclusively sells, installs and maintains Bellami hair extensions, applied by tape-in, I-tip, K-tip or weft. Each first-time client has a consultation that covers color matching, a price quote and upkeep timing and cost. Color services include regrowth touch-ups, all-over refreshes and color melts, along with balayage in light, medium or heavy versions and foiling that can be a subtle accent or a full head. The salon describes its blonding as impeccable.

Nail services include classic manicures with cuticle care, a hand massage and polish, gel and Gel X in short, medium or long lengths with removal, acrylic extensions and fill-ins, and designs from simple to intricate. Brow services cover shaping, waxing, tinting, staining, henna and lamination, and facial waxing is offered for unwanted facial hair.

Deposits are forfeited for no-shows and for cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead, and a cancellation fee of 20% of the appointment price may apply to late cancellations. Timely cancellations are refunded automatically. Service guarantee appointments are offered at no charge for dissatisfaction with a service, if booked within 7 days of the first visit, and may require a complimentary consultation first. Additional fees may apply for products or services beyond what was agreed at the initial appointment.
