That transformation averages $550 and is billed at $125 per hour, though time and price vary by client. Hair services include clipper and scissor cuts, a men's curly cut, braiding, blowouts and upstyles, along with a set of curly-hair cuts and transformations.

Treatments and scalp work can be added to a visit or booked on their own. Options include a K-18 rehabilitation treatment, which is included with color services and curly transformations, a two-step Malibu MakeOver, a Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment, and scalp facials. Add-on treatments are offered for hard water, well water and swimmer's hair.

The salon is open Wednesday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Cancelling less than 24 hours before an appointment carries a charge of half the scheduled services to the card on file, and a no-show without notice is charged the full amount. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final. Payments are accepted.
