Some services carry extra conditions. Kids' box and knotless braids need a morning booking and do not include shampoo. Several bo ho knotless options require hair that is already shampooed and blown out, plus a $50 deposit. Crochet basic and crochet with loose hair have their own shampoo notes.

Booking rules are firm. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, or a fee is charged to the card on file, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full price. The booking page lists 146 reviews.
