The studio keeps Tuesday through Thursday hours from 9 AM to 6:30 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 4:30 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

The menu runs from short trims, loc styling and basic shampoo appointments to long sessions such as large knotless braids and highlights. Add-on treatments taking 15 minutes and costing $35 can be added to an appointment to tailor it.

Booking policies: clients have a 10-minute grace period, and a reminder text is sent at that point. Arriving 15 minutes late without contacting the studio means being charged half the service fee. Cancelling 24 hours or more before the appointment carries no fee, while cancelling within 24 hours incurs a charge of 50% of the service.
