The business runs three locations. Two are in Greenville: the Jarvis St studio, which keeps regular hours on most weekdays and on Saturday mornings, and the Victoria Court studio, where visits are by appointment only and each stylist works alone in a private suite with a single client. The Raleigh salon sits within the Oberlin Court shopping center in the Village District, close to Cameron Village. Parking is free on site, and the salon welcomes walk-ins as well as booked clients. According to the salon, the Raleigh space has recently been renovated, and Raleigh clients give it 4.8 stars on Google.
Appointments can be booked online through Vagaro at every location, with 24/7 online booking at Raleigh, or by calling the location directly. Victoria Court asks clients to book online or call before visiting.
Wedding hair and makeup is a focus, covering brides, bridesmaids and the whole wedding party at the Raleigh and Greenville salons. Bridal consultations are arranged by contacting either of those locations, and wedding and special-event inquiries go to a separate email address for Greenville and one for Raleigh. At Raleigh, bridal hair and makeup can be done in the salon or on site.
