The color menu covers root retouches, toner and gloss refreshes, all-over color, face-framing highlights, partial and all-over highlights, and balayage, a hand-painted technique for soft, natural-looking dimension that grows out seamlessly. New clients interested in extensions or custom color can book a complimentary 15 to 20 minute Zoom call that covers hair goals, condition, maintenance, budget and a plan before booking. An in-person hair consultation of 10 to 30 minutes is also available for $20, applied toward the appointment.
Luxury hair extensions are offered in tape-ins, volume wefts, genius wefts and K-tips, using two hair brands. An in-person consultation is required before booking extensions, and appointments take about 240 minutes with pricing that varies. The Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment, which the salon describes as designed to reduce frizz and daily heat styling, takes two to three hours, and results can last up to 10 to 12 weeks with home care. Makeup application is performed by a licensed professional.
Appointments need a deposit that varies by service. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, with a 50% fee for late cancellations and missed appointments and a charge of 100% of the service total for no-shows. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $100, $200, $250 or a custom amount and are final on sale. The salon is open Monday 11 AM to 8 PM, Tuesday and Thursday 9 AM to 3 PM, Wednesday 9 AM to 6 PM, Friday 9 AM to 4 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Sunday.
