Salon Jarick

Salon Jarick opened in Palm Springs in 2017. The salon describes itself as one of the city's most vibrant and contemporary salons, and says its service is 5-star. It aims to keep a clean, warm and relaxing atmosphere, and its stylists work to bring out each client's look.

Hair services cover bobs, pixie cuts and classic layered cuts; color such as natural highlights, fashion shades and all-over color; permanents and straightening tailored to the look wanted; updos for special occasions and everyday styles; and treatments including deep conditioning masks and scalp treatments. Men's services include classic haircuts, beard trims and grooming treatments. The salon says it uses top-of-the-line products for all services and sells a range of styling products.

Walk-ins are welcome and fitted in when possible, but booking ahead is the surest way to get a time. Clients are asked to arrive early; arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the appointment is shortened or moved. Free parking is available at the salon and in the adjacent downtown parking structure, and coffee, water and tea are offered. Prices vary with hair length and service time, and the stylist confirms the price with the client before any service begins. Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, personal checks and cash are accepted.

In 2018 the salon added esthetician, massage and nail services alongside its hair and men's offerings.
