Each visit begins with a one-on-one consultation about hair type, daily routine, styling time and the look the client wants. Haircuts include a shampoo and conditioner chosen for the client's hair type, a precision cut, and a finish of blowout, flat iron, curling iron or roller set. Color formulas are mixed for the individual client after the consultation. Listed prices are starting prices, and the final price is confirmed at the consultation. A free consultation is offered.

Custom color, blonding, dimensional highlights, corrective color work and precision cuts are the salon's main focus. Regular glossing appointments are offered between full color services to keep shine and tone fresh. Keratin options include Pure Brazilian treatments with a full smoothing option or a quicker blowout, Keratin Complex, and Affirm relaxers for permanent straightening. Hair extensions are offered in strand-by-strand micro links, shrink links, fusion keratin bonds, tape-ins, sew-in extensions and sew-in micro links. Extension hair is ordered from Extensions Plus and paid for up front, and sets are color-matched, cut and blended to the client's natural hair. A consultation is recommended before any extension service. Curly haircuts are shaped around each client's natural curl pattern.

Hair color, keratin treatments, hair extensions and haircuts are by appointment only. The salon offers a two-week guarantee on haircuts and on color: if a client is not satisfied, adjustments are made at no extra cost. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and no-shows or late changes are charged 50 percent of the scheduled service total. Chair rental is available to independent licensed stylists who run their own business in the salon, with full-time and part-time options, no commission split, and an active South Carolina cosmetology license required. Chair rental includes a shampoo bowl, towels, client smocks, utilities, WiFi, parking and storage, and renters bring their own capes, color, products and supplies.

Every visit starts with a one-on-one consultation, and services are personalized to each client's hair type, routine and long-term hair health, aiming for polished hair that suits the client's lifestyle.
