Hair services cover single process color, highlights, balayage with multiple colors, and cellophane rinses or toners. Cuts include tapered styles and shaping in blunt or layered looks, and relaxers are offered for virgin hair or new growth. Keratin options include a Natural Keratin Smoothing Treatment, which the salon says lasts up to 5 months, and a Curl Enhancing Keratin Treatment for curly, kinky and coily hair. Weddings are a major focus. A complimentary bridal consultation, in person or virtual, pairs the couple with a lead artist to build a custom package for the bride and her party. Bridal hair can be soft waves, elegant updos or sleek buns, and bridal makeup can be natural, full glam or in between. Bridesmaids, mothers of the bride or groom, touch-ups and on-location services are also available, with group packages for bridal parties and bridal trials offered. The salon recommends booking bridal hair and makeup 6 to 12 months ahead. A non-refundable deposit secures the date, the remaining balance is due before or on the day, and travel fees may apply for on-location work.

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before a service, and cancellations inside 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled cost. Service prices may change at the salon's discretion. A referral program gives referred friends $25 off a first service of $50 or more, and the referrer earns a $25 salon credit for each friend who books. Gift cards are sold online in $10, $20, $25, $50 or custom amounts. The salon is open Tuesday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
