Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the reserved service amount, and no-shows are charged the full service amount. Payment is accepted by major debit and credit cards and cash, and gratuity cannot be added to credit card payments. The salon also sells gift cards, retail salon products, and professional styling tools and brushes.
Each visit is tailored to the client's style and hair goals, with the aim of personalized hair experiences.
